For the price we paid, our stay at this apartment was great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance of Sagrada Familia, but it wasn't too noisy with tourists. The staff treated us well and we felt welcome throughout our stay.

The setting was pretty bad, it was a pity.

I loved the location, however it is an apartment and you do need to wait for someone to meet you in order to get into the apartment. From the outside and even the little hallway entrance it looks a little doubtful but the apartment itself was great. Loved the little kitchen and the rooms. It helped having a washer and having a grocery store right across the street. They have free Wifi which was very useful for us. The Metro and the "Hop on Hop off" bus was only a couple of blocks away.

The elevator is tiny you can fit a max of 2 people in it. We had to take our luggage up one suitcase at a time.

The staff at reception were so knowledgeable about what to see and do in the city, it's like they wrote the guidebook themselves. The apartments were modern and elegant, and I loved having my own terrace.

Oh, just a small detail, the Wi-Fi was as fast as a turtle running a marathon. It was a real thrill waiting for pages to load.

The proximity to the Sagrada Familia is fantastic and the neighbourhood is one of the quieter more sedate areas of town, perfect for taking either a) young children, or b) older people. The apartment that we stayed in was clean with all required facilities.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. The location was convenient, with supermarkets and cafes nearby. The beds were comfortable and the apartment felt secure and quiet. The check-in and check-out process was efficient, and the staff were polite. we would recommend this apartment for a city break.

The location is good and is close to the metro. There are many reasonable restaurants close by. The apartment was a good size for a family.

The smell of the the plumbing. Common to many Spanish apartments.

I traveled with my family and needed separate rooms. The apartment fit best for this purpose. My apartment (h51) had a perfect location - not the very center but extremely convenient to get to any site in the city. Plus we had everything we could possibly think of in the apartment.

Everything was great ecxept for tiny little house ants which was still ok. We only had to put all our food away in the fridge.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The flat was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was absolutely fantastic, being just a block away from famous attractions like the Sagrada Familia and close to multiple transportation options. We loved having a supermarket just across the road, making it convenient for us as a family. The collection of keys was fast and simple, and we appreciated being able to pick them up at the airport. The staff provided impeccable service, promptly addressing any issues we had and replacing it immediately. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and convenient experience.

Nothing negative to say.

Was ok. For 5 adults is was small. We were 4 and expected 2 bedrooms, however, there was one master bedroom for 2 and little bedroom with only singular bed. So one of us had to sleep on the couch at the living room. Which was hell to open\close and uncomfortable to sleep.

It should be mentioned on the booking that besides the price they also require a deposit of 300 euro, which you have to pay as well. They return it at the end, but it was unwelcome surprise. We were lucky with money left at the end of our trip otherwise I would be pissed with no money left for restaurants and shopping. On minor note: there is nowhere to hang towels and laundry although there is a washing machine. Toaster was also broke

For what we wanted the service was excellent both in english,castillano or catalan. Diego,Marisa and the rest of the staff were very helpful,attentive and professional. Email contact was impeccable and nothing was toomuch of a problem. We would choose another alcam hotel next time we are in barcelona and would recommend alcam to others staying in barcelona.

The buses and metro are close but not direct to plaza cataluna but thats not thier fault.

had a fantastic time at this well-located apartment near Sagrada Familia. Staff was friendly and the place was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Air conditioning was a bonus during our summer stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay in Barcelona.
